Welcome to Athletics for Life
Welcome to Athletics for Life! AFL strives on helping, whether it's to achieve your goals, to understand what is going on in scientific research, or just asking the right questions! What started out as a medium to share my journey back to health through physical activity has now morphed into my love for writing and research, alongside a pile of burning questions to be answered by science. This is a revamp of the original AFL blog site.
